Shipping Policy

Courier: We use Royal Mail for our shipping services.

Processing times: Please allow 3-4 working days to prepare and ship your order, due to the nature of the business being Handcrafted and due to increased order volume. 

Total shipping time: Processing + transit time + any courier delays. *Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays.

 

UK First Class Shipping: 2-3 business days.

UK Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

EU Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

International Shipping: 5-7 business days depending on your location.

 

*Please note the transit times quoted are what is promised as a guideline by our courier(s). Please bear in mind the guideline above may be subject to delays on the couriers end, which will be out of our control.
